Program Overview
YANA at Yale’s 1:1 Mentorship Program provides students with a unique opportunity to connect with leading Yale alumni in the nonprofit and social impact sectors. Through three meetings across the semester, accepted students receive personalized mentorship focused on career exploration, professional development, and nonprofit leadership. The program is selective, requiring students to apply and articulate their interests, which are then used to match them with an alumni mentor who aligns with their goals. This initiative fosters meaningful connections and equips students with insights and guidance to navigate and excel in mission-driven careers.
